How do I contact customer service?

How long does it take to receive my package?

Standard Shipping

For orders shipped within the continental USA, the estimated delivery time for Standard shipping is 5-7 business days via UPS/USPS Ground delivery service. Please allow one to two business days for your order to process.

Orders placed after 3pm EST Monday to Friday are processed and shipped out on the next business day. We do not ship on official holidays and weekends.

Expedited 2-Day Shipping

For orders shipped within the continental USA, the estimated delivery time for Expedited shipping is 2 business days via UPS. Please allow one to two business days for your order to process.

Overnight Shipping

For orders shipped within the continental USA, the estimated delivery time for Overnight shipping is 1 business day via UPS Next Business Day service. We try to prioritize next business day orders for same day processing if the orders are received by 11 am EST. Our overnight option does not include weekends.

International Shipping

We do not offer International shipping at this time. 

Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free UPS/USPS Standard Ground shipping on all orders of $50 or more (excluding taxes and shipping) within the continental USA. The shipping time usually takes 5-7 business days to arrive.

For orders under $50, we charge a flat rate of $8 for USPS Standard Ground shipping.

How can I track my order?
For all shipped packages, we will send out an order confirmation email with your tracking number. Sometimes it can take up to 24 hours for the tracking number to be updated and accurate. If you would like to change your ship to address, please contact the shipping carrier directly once you have received your tracking number.

Can I make changes to my order?
Once an order is submitted, we are unable to make any changes to quantity, sizing or your shipping method. There is a small time window after placing the order that we may be able to cancel the order. Please email our Customer Support team at orders@postmarcny.com and we will do our best to make the changes.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and PayPal, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay and Google Pay.

Do you charge Sales Tax?
Only orders shipping to District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, New York, Ohio, and Virginia. . This will be calculated at the time of checkout.

What is your Return and Exchange Policy?
USA Returns and Exchanges  

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, send it back free of charge within 30 days from the date of purchase to receive a full refund, or exchange for a different size, color, or style. All returned merchandise must be in their original, unworn condition with hangtags still attached, in their original packaging and have not been washed or altered to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Merchandise returned after 30 days will not be credited or returned back to the customer.

If for any reason you need to exchange your purchase for a different size, color or style, send it back within 30 days after the date of shipment and we will send you out something new. All items you wish to exchange must be in their original, unworn condition with hangtags still attached, in their original packaging and has not been washed or altered. Items not sent back in their original, unworn condition and packaging will not receive an exchange.

How long will it take to process my return?
Refunds will be processed within two weeks of when your item arrives at our warehouse facility and will be made in the original form of payment. Please allow up to 10 days after we receive your return, including time for processing and time for your bank to post your refund. We will send an email notification once your return has been processed.

No refunds or adjustments will be made for any original shipping and/or handling charges in the case of return, return for exchange and cancellation.
