Our team is in office Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm EST, excluding holidays.
Shipping & Delivery
Processing: 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 3 PM EST are processed the next business day. We don't ship weekends or holidays.
Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days via UPS/USPS Ground (continental USA)
Expedited 2-Day: 2 business days via UPS
Overnight: 1 business day via UPS (orders before 11 AM EST prioritized for same-day processing)
International: 5-7 business days via DHL to Canada
Yes! Free UPS/USPS Standard Ground shipping on orders of $50+ (before taxes). Delivery takes 5-7 business days. Orders under $50 are $8 flat rate for USPS Standard Ground.
Once your order ships, we'll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking info to update. To change your shipping address, contact the carrier directly once you have your tracking number.
We cannot modify quantity, size, or shipping method after submission. However, if you contact us immediately at orders@postmarcny.com, we may be able to cancel before processing.

Digital Payments: PayPal, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Google Pay
Sales tax applies to orders shipped to: District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, New York, Ohio, and Virginia. Tax is calculated at checkout.
Yes! We offer E-Gift cards for online purchases. E-Gift cards cannot be used in-store, and in-store gift cards cannot be used online.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase! Full price items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Sale items can be returned within 14 days.
Conditions: Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition with hangtags and packaging intact. Final sale items are not eligible.
International Returns: Not eligible for prepaid shipping labels—shipped at customer's expense. Contact orders@postmarcny.com for assistance.
For a different size, color, or style, return your item within 30 days and we'll send a replacement. Exchanged items must meet the same return conditions (unworn, unwashed, original condition).
Refunds are processed within 2 weeks of arrival at our warehouse and returned to your original payment method. Banks may take up to 10 additional days to post the refund. You'll receive an email notification once processed.
Note: Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
