We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of purchase (14 days for sale items)—free of charge.

Return & Exchange Policy

Items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All tags must be attached

  • Original packaging must be intact

Additional terms:

  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment

  • Refunds are processed within two weeks after your return arrives at our warehouse

  • Banks may take up to 10 additional days to post the refund

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Returns after 30 days will not be accepted and will not be shipped back to the customer

  • Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged

  • Sale items may be returned within 14 days of purchase

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If unavailable, a refund will be issued.


Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

  • Products without original tags or packaging

  • Final sale merchandise

  • Items returned after 30 days

  • Discounted items returned after 14 days

  • Purchases made through third-party retailers (must be returned to the original seller)


Online & In-Store Return Policy

Online Purchases
Returns and exchanges for online orders must be processed through the online return portal and cannot be returned or exchanged in-store.

In-Store Purchases
Returns and exchanges for in-store purchases must be handled in-store and cannot be processed online.


How to Return or Exchange an Online Order

  1. Start your return using the Online Return Portal:

  2. Select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.

  3. Print your prepaid return label.

  4. Pack the item securely and attach the label.

  5. Drop the package at a UPS or USPS location.

Once your return is received, we will process your refund or exchange.


Additional Notes

  • Online orders cannot be returned in retail stores

  • Third-party retailer purchases must be returned through the original seller


International Returns & Exchanges

International returns are not eligible for prepaid return labels and must be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
