USA SHIPPING

Enjoy Free Standard Shipping on all orders of $50 or more within the continental United States. Orders are shipped via USPS Ground with an estimated delivery time of 5–7 business days.

Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico: Orders to these locations are shipped exclusively via USPS.

Order Processing

• Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing.

• Orders placed after 3 PM EST (Monday–Friday) will be processed and shipped the next business day.

• We do not ship on weekends or official holidays.

• Delivery on weekends is not guranteed, even with expedited Two-Day or Overnight shipping.

Free Shipping Terms

• The $50 minimum applies to merchandise only (taxes, shipping, and handling fees do not count).

• The order total must remain $50+ after discounts to qualify.

• Previous purchases do not qualify for price adjustments.

• If shipping to multiple addresses, only addresses receiving $50+ in merchandise will qualify for free shipping.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

 

We use UPS and USPS for secure, trackable shipping. If a package is lost in transit, we will assist in resolving the issue.

Important Shipping Notes

• Once proof of delivery is generated, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

• We cannot take responsibility for packages after they have been delivered.

• Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Canada: All orders to Canada are shipped via DHL Express. Shipping rates include prepaid duties and taxes, so no additional customs charges will apply. Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days.

We do not offer shipping outside of the USA or Canada.

Any international returns are not currently supported. Please contact customer service for further assistance.
